We are there for you through the different stages of putting together your application, while your project and customer catchment area are being assessed, but also while you are searching for your commercial premises and for the opening of your retail outlet.

To ensure you start your business in the very best conditions, our marketing department is there to help you with your grand opening campaign. We place an annual marketing plan at your disposal with all the tools you need to design marketing that combines performance and quality.

To immerse you in the Gautier culture, operational training is provided on the group’s factory site. This will be your opportunity to discover our factories and products, familiarise yourself with the use of our various tools, and learn sales techniques. This training is also a great opportunity for you to get to know the teams you will be working with in the future.

A number of software tools developed especially for the brand are placed at your disposal: management software, 3D composer, Gautier Intranet, and more.

After the launch and for as long as your shop is up and running, our sales teams visit you regularly to help you with your day-to-day decisions. They are by your side, working with you towards the success of your retail outlet.
